This song was written mostly in a hotel room in Wellington (NZ) while away for a conference and experiencing a major anxiety crisis which at the time was undiagnosed. The song is a cry and a reaching out to whoever can save me.

I am now receiving good care for anxiety and depression and trying to get medication sorted.

Please let me encourage you all to reach out for help when you need it, don't wait.

Song recorded at home during a Covid 19 lockdown.
